This construction area is in addition to the areas mentioned above, and is not conditioned by the PDM, which corresponds to approximately 2,000m2 of construction area.

The land also has a well with water, a wooded area, offering multiple environments and contexts. The excellent sun exposure and water availability also offer excellent conditions for agriculture. The front of the land is approximately 135 meters long, with access by paved public road, water and electricity infrastructures.
