The plot is on a slope, facing south, with great views of the beach and sea, and has all urban infrastructures.


At the moment, the review of the PDM of Vila do Bispo is awaited, so that the construction index (CI) is updated, allowing for several construction possibilities.


Intended objectives for the plot:

1.- Possibility A: Construction of a block of tourist apartments with 0 / 1 bedrooms (30 units), with basement/Ground floor parking/services, + 3 floors on the slope. Swimming pool and solarium on the roof. (requires CI 0.7 or 1.0).

2.- Possibility B: Construction of a block of tourist apartments with 0 / 1 bedrooms (20 units), with basement/Ground floor for parking/services, + 2 floors climbed on the slope. Rooftop pool. (requires CI 0.5 or 0.7).

3.- Possibility C: Construction of 6 or 7 townhouses (3 bedrooms and 4 bedrooms in the corners), with basement/ground floor for garage/storage, + 2 floors and swimming pool/solarium on the roof. (requires CI 0.5).

4.- Immediate possibility: Construction of 2 townhouses (semi-detached) with 4/6 bedrooms, with basement + 2 floors of housing on the slope and swimming pool / solarium on the roof or on the patio, with implantation of 2 x (25 x 7). (CI less than 0.3).
