Rustic land without construction permit, with a total area of 8.003 sqm, between Ingrina beach and Barranco beach, with good access by dirt road. It is in a secluded place with its south orientation and with a very nice view.

Vila do Bispo is less than 10 minutes away by car, where you can find supermarket, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, among other services.

The paradisiacal Barranco Beach has a short stretch of sand and a discreet dune cordon in its west wing. The surroundings are covered with pure natural landscapes, protected by the Natural Park where they are integrated and tempered by marked characteristics of Mediterranean influence. The beach provides delicious walks along the slope of its eastern slope. It is located at the mouth of two expressive valleys, or ravines, a particularity that gives it its name. It is part of the Natural Park of Southwest Alentejo and Costa Vicentina.

Praia da Ingrina has a sandy beach of reasonable extension and wide shell shape. It is located in a small bay, whose ends of the cliff extend more than 200 meters into the sea. This is a good spot for diving. The nearby surroundings are famous for their megalithic monuments. To the east, at the top of the cliff, you can see the Ruins of the Fort and the Zavial Battery.
