The 43,975 m2 plot is located on a slope of the West Atlantic coastline, facing both the sea and the Sintra Mountains. It is about 100 metres from Praia Grande Beach and about 20 metres from Praia Pequena. It is part of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, in which the Sintra Mountains dominate the entire landscape.
This slope, ideally positioned, naturally protects the buildings from the prevailing wind coming from the sea.
A Request for Prior Information (PIP) was submitted to the Municipality of Sintra.
This request received a favourable opinion with conditions, which include the constraints inherent to the Municipal Master Plan of Sintra (PDMS), and those of the Plan for the Management of the Natural Park of Sintra - Cascais (POPNSC). Likewise, the project has already been presented to Turismo de Portugal, having received its agreement for an Eco-Resort with Bungalows / Camping / Glamping / Caravanning.
The Park will have a capacity for a maximum of 455 guests and will offer several types of accommodation, including:
Spaces for large tents (90 places) + Spaces for small tents (30 places)
Space for caravans (52 places)
Bungalows of different types (42 modules of different types)
